Ernest Frnactchi, a lawyer from Los Angles claim he was thrown out from a casino in Las Vegas because he had too much luck and now he's planning to sue the MGM mirage hotel. He demands that the casino will pay him 74,000 dollars and that all the casinos will put signs that will tell that gamblers who successes too much can find themselves out of the casino.

Ernest is a gambler for a long time now and claims that officials at MGM videotaped him secretly while he played blackjack and won big sums of money. After the game they forbid him from entering the casino and gave his picture to other hotels and casinos in Las Vegas. Ernest describes himself as a better blackjack player than average visited that day in another three casino houses which he was asked to leave minutes after he sat next to the blackjack table. The spokesman of MGM said that the company can decide if she doesn't want to give service to particular customers who used to play Texas Holdem Poker or just wanted to learn blackjack rules and tips.
